Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Perishable goods, including all food items, unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
