We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@rasily.com with your order details and the reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, ship the product to:

  3. Ensure the package is shipped as per the instructions provided during the return approval process.
  4. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at info@rasily.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods, including all food items, unless defective or damaged.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges
