Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at info@rasily.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods, including all food items, unless defective or damaged.
- Customized or personalized products.

Refunds
